Frequently asked questions
Does the OnePlus 13 China model support eSIM?
No. The OnePlus 13 China variant (PJX110) does not support eSIM. It uses two physical nano-SIM card slots only. The global model (CPH2645) does support eSIM.
How do I know if I have the China or global OnePlus 13?
Go to Settings → About Phone and check your model number. PJX110 is the China variant (no eSIM). CPH2645 is the global variant (eSIM supported). You can also dial *#06# — if an EID number appears, your device has eSIM hardware.
Can I add eSIM support to the OnePlus 13 China model?
No. The China variant lacks the eSIM hardware (eUICC chip) entirely. This is a hardware limitation that cannot be changed through software updates or carrier unlocking.
